We are bringing a new financial services paradigm to the blockchain and finance economy. In scope of our growth plans we are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Digital Corporate Finance Advisor to join our Digital Corporate Finance team.

In this function you will be responsible for the following:

  • Structuring and Negotiation: Structure complex Digital Corporate Finance and tokenization projects & transactions and assessment of client and project risks; negotiate terms with clients, internal / external stakeholders
  • Deal Execution: Lead transactions from initiation, due diligence, internal approvals, and processing of blockchain-based projects, actively handling key work; taking full responsibility and accountability for transaction related decisions and relationships
  • Transaction Management: Deliver all transactions and accountabilities of the role efficiently, on a timely and expeditious basis and using best practice standards
  • Identify business opportunities for blockchain-based products, orchestrate suitability assessment for target issuers and lead project execution
  • Evaluate and prioritize complex business opportunities, communicate risks and propose solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Build the divisional knowledge base for best practices and participate in knowledge sharing and dissemination
  • Advise clients globally on strategic and financial matters including mergers and acquisitions, capital structure and capital raising
  • Conduct market intelligence, benchmarks and develop innovative business models to advise stakeholders as it relates to DLT
  • Working closely with Head Digital Corporate Finance and Head Token Platform to drive divisional strategy

For you to become part of SEBA’s journey, we require the following set of experience:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in the financial sector, including a solid operational understanding of investment banks, corporate finance, private equity, corporate principle investment (Corporate Development) or entrepreneurial background from the fintech sector
  • 5+ years of professional industry experience in one of the following areas: banking technology, capital markets technology, blockchain, fintech and regtech
  • Sound business judgment and strong problem solving/negotiation skills, as well as ability to work effectively on simultaneous projects under time pressure
  • Documented experience identifying, originating and qualifying new business opportunities developing and executing results-driven client engagements
  • Advanced financial, credit and risk evaluation skills, with demonstrated ability to structure and negotiate a variety of complex financial instruments
  • Capacity to deal with conflicting priorities and deliver high quality work on schedule; facility to work successfully across boundaries
  • Well versed in risk analysis and making complex business/risk trade-off recommendations and decisions
  • Track record of effectiveness in gathering and evaluating requirements across diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrated network of top-level contacts in the financial services and investment industries
  • Ability to synthesize and present information effectively and tailored to different audiences
  • Demonstrates awareness of the regulatory environment and potential impact of DLT
