Our talented teams build the bridge between the old and new economy and own a wealth of experience in financial markets, regulation, technology and information security.

We are bringing a new financial services paradigm to the digital asset economy. In scope of our growth plans we are seeking for a Senior Change Manager as part of our Chief Operating Office team.

In the Senior Change Manager function, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing cross-functional projects, with focus on business applications
  • Managing change the bank initatives and contribute to an efficient change culture
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders to achieve process alignment and system integration
  • Managing and maintain requirements and design information from inception to retirement
  • Managing budgets and timelines and ensure high output-quality
  • Regularly reporting project progress to sponsors and stakeholders
  • Ensuring contingency planning and timely intervention in case of significant deviations from the project plan
  • Identifying the business need and implement solutions that address that need
  • Preparing for and conduct elicitation activities and confirm the results
  • Supporting the business lines in correctly capturing and implementing their requirements
  • Coordinating vendors related to change projects, perform market scans and RFI/RFP processes
  • Analyzing and build the bridge between the new world of digital assets and the more traditional banking business services

For you to become part of SEBA’s journey, we require the following set of experience:

Must-have

  • Bachelor Degree / FH as a minimum
  • Minimum 7 years proven business analysis and project management experience with a relevant track record of completed projects
  • Stakeholder management (senior level)
  • Strong banking background
  • Sound understanding of technology and IT solutions
  • An outstanding focus on clients and designing services for digital assets banking
  • Strong interest in crypto assets and analyzing business-related impacts for SEBA
  • Agile and solution-oriented approach
  • Very good communication skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Great “can do” attitude and ready to take ownership and jump Into the “deep end”

Optional

  • Understanding of Crypto/Blockchain technology and processes
  • Project management certification (e.g. PMI, PMP, Hermes)
  • Agile certifications (e.g. SCRUM Master, SAFE)
  • Business Analysis certifications (e.g. CBAP)
